New York State has practiced this and it really pi$$es me off. Now they want to expand it to your state. This is total B.S.

I just took action on this issue and thought you might find it interesting too.

Also Done.  It amazes me that we have so many laws and regulations that we get anything done and then try to put more idiot once in effect.

also done, i am from Australia and this kind of thing has been happening over there for about 20 years. It has gotten really bad in the last 2 years.  The police want to ban motorcycle clubs-social and 1%ers. They say motorcycle riders are of bad morels and the high rate of injuries caused by the motorcycles are costing the health care system. I went on a ride while over there in may. It was a 250 km ride with about 70 bikes  coming from 1%s and social riders. We were stopped after finding out our route. They pulled us over in a truck weigh station. we were licensed checked, had photos taken of tattoos and mug shot. name, address, club affiliation and asked to blow in the bag and asked to lick a piece of paper to test for drugs. Not fun when it happens every weekend.

You won't crash because you won't be riding. It's the same pattern as what Tennessee did at the Dragon. Harass bikers so they don't ride those roads.

If you thought it was alright to outlaw smoking in a private business then you deserve this.

PS Before anyone starts.  I am a non smoker and voted with my feet long before the laws were even thought of.

Respectfully Yours!
