Important Update: The SE Spring Social, originally planned for Little Switzerland, NC, has been relocated to Franklin, NC. This change is due to extended road closures in the Little Switzerland area caused by damages from Hurricane Helene. We look forward to welcoming you to Franklin!

SE Spring Social

SE Spring Social in Franklin NC. Come join the fun and great riding in all directions from Franklin NC! You know the names, Moonshiner 28, Cherohala, Tail of the Dragon, the Gorge Rd, Blue Ridge Parkway and so much more! Start your Spring off right riding with friends old and new. Mention COG at check in for our special room rate of $100 + tax/night for single or double queen bed room. The hotel will hold our block of rooms with the special rate until 3-31-25. Participants who want to arrive on Thursday, can make arrangements with the hotel when they make their reservations. Continental breakfast is included.

Moonshiner 28

SE Spring Rally/Social points of interest - the Moonshiner 28. Passes through Franklin. Western end is the famous Tail of the Dragon. The eastern end is Walhalla, SC. In the middle, it's all fun. Go west and take a side trip to the Cherohala Skyway. Go east and see Bridal Veil Falls.

We will be staying at the Microtel Inn & Suites in Franklin, NC. Mention COG at check in for our special room rate of $100 + tax/night for single or double queen bed room. The hotel will hold our block of rooms with the special rate until 3-31-25. Continental breakfast is included.  

Cafe Rel

Cafe Rel is a long time favorite of the SE Foodies who visit it every year during Run with the Wolf. Yes, it's a French Bistro in a GAS STATION, but so what? C'est la vie.

Ride down 441 just a few miles and swing into the Dillard House estate and prepare to eat your fill. Breakfast? Lunch? Dinner? All no problem. It's an experience in southern food that you will remember and come back for.

There are no registration fees for this event, however, to help with planning, we are asking everyone to register online.
